The Sony EVO-9850 Hi-8 desktop editing VTR features a built-in TBC, with full editing capability. Included are digital NR 8mm time code, SMPTE time code, a jog/shuttle, 8mm and U-Matic dub in/out, S-Video in/out and an RS-422 interface. There are many other features, too numerous to list. We have several of these Sony editing decks which were removed from service with one, or more bugs, or problems, but, need repair. These units are not "service rejects" and are in good physical condition. They have not been cannibalized, or exposed to the weather. But, as they will not pass our test, they are offered here in "As-Is" condition. So, if you have an operational EVO-9850, or can repair one, these can represent an excellent value!
